Online Project Final Report for an IEEE Foundation Grant

Regular and timely reports are required from recipients of IEEE Foundation grants.   Please read the guidelines for project reports available on this web site before completing this form.   The maximum number of characters (including any spaces) for each entry is specified and cannot be exceeded.   Complete all sections of this form and submit using the button at the bottom of this form.   If sections of this form denoted by * are not completed, you will not be able to submit your report.   The email address you enter in step 2, will be used by the IEEE Foundation to respond to you.

3.3 * Use this formatted Excel spread sheet to provide a final Financial Statement, showing all income and expenses for your project. Please refer to the project budget that was approved by the IEEE Foundation.
