Company, Organization and Committee Meetings

Companies and organizations may choose to hold meetings in conjunction with the ESW. These meetings are generally closed and attendance is by invitation only. Standard Working Groups (open to all interested) hold Committee Meetings in conjunction with the ESW. These may be held prior to the beginning of the Technical Program on Tuesday afternoon and after the Technical Program closing at noon on Friday.

The schedule for all meetings open to ESW attendees will be posted on this page.

If you are a meeting organizer and wish to schedule a company or committee meeting, you must coordinate requests for hotel meeting space with the Workshop Chair, Dan Doan Email Dan Doan>>

Standards Working Group Meetings
