Continuing Education Certification

IEEE is an official Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Authorized Provider through The International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET), and has adopted IACET guidelines and criteria for all its continuing professional development programs.

The IEEE IAS Electrical Safety Workshop provides an opportunity for attendees to receive CEUs as part of their ESW learning experience. Attendees may earn more than 3.0 CEUs through attendance and demonstrated learning in the technical program and

Currently in the US, thirty states require Professional Development Hours to maintain Professional Engineering licensure. Safety professionals and other attendees holding certification or licenses may need accredited continuing education as part of their profession. For attendees whose continuing education documentation is measured in terms of Professional Development Hours (PDHs), 1 CEU = 10 PDHs.

CEU documentation will be sent via mail and or email after the conference.

Registration action to obtain CEUs
CEU credits are optional and attendees desiring to receive CEUs must note this when registering for the conference. There is a nominal fee to cover the cost of documentation and record keeping.
