A Meeting to discuss the adoption of IEC 60034-18-41 as an IEEE Guide, with Meredith ranges.

Trial-Use Guide for Quality Control Test of External Discharges on Form-Wound Coils, Roebel Bars, VPI Generators and Fully Assembled Stator Windings, with Remi Tremblay (I have also attached an outline of this proposed document).
