Coordinationof standards activities. Responsible for new,
revised, reaffirmed and withdrawn standards and PARs for the IEEE PES Substations
Committee. Also responsible for seeing that proper liaison is
established, where necessary, with other Committees on standards
activities and with IEEE-SA Standards Board.
