AEECT 2017 Author Check List

For your accepted paper, consider the following check list:

ð       Upload your compliant final pdf manuscript

ð       At least one of the authors, must register to attend the conference

ð       Complete the copyright transfer form

ð       The PDF file must be certified by IEEE PDF eXpress

Including the following formatting check list:

ð       Page size must be A4 (8.27 x 11.69 in)

ð       The title in the PDF file must match that in EDAS

ð       The author list in the PDF file must match that in EDAS

ð       The abstract in the PDF file must match that in EDAS

ð       The keywords in the PDF file must match those in EDAS

ð       Font type used should be Times Roman

ð       The paper title should not be bold or italic

ð       The title font size is 24

ð       The title should be title style (Capitalize each Word)

ð       The author list must be formatted similar to the template

ð       The author names should not be bold or italic

ð       The word “Abstract” is bold and italic

ð       The abstract is bold

ð       Keywords are bold and italic

ð       Keywords start by “Keywords-“ and are semicolon-separated

ð       Headings of Level 1 are numbered using Roman Numbers

ð       Headings of Level 1 are all cap and centered

ð       Headings of Level 2 are numbered using A, B, C, …

ð       Headings of Level 2 are italic and left justified

ð       Column widths are 3.5" with 0.25" spacing

ð       Right and left margins are 0.5"

ð       Top margin is 0.75" and bottom margin is 1.69"

ð       Equations are centered and numbered, e.g., (1)

ð       Equation numbers are right justified

ð       Table captions are centered above the table

ð       Table captions are all Cap with Roman Numbers and font size 8, e.g., TABLE I.

ð       Figure captions are centered below the figure

ð       Figure captions are with Arabic Numbers and font size 8, e.g., Figure 1.

ð       References are numbered with Arabic Numbers inside brackets, e.g., [1]

ð       References are in hanging paragraphs and font size 8.

ð       Paragraphs are fully justified from left and right

ð       Figures must be clear and crisp and within margins

ð       Proper use of punctuation; marks should have space after them, not before them.
