Cancellation / Transfer Policy

Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following condition:

- Request on or before 31 January 2019 - cancellation charge of 50% applies.
- No refund after 31 January 2019 will be allowed.
- Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.

Request for Transfer will be subject to the following condition:

- Request for transfer has to be done before 1 March 2019 with a written email to the EDTM 2019 Secretariat.
- Replacement need to bring along the email upon registration to confirm verification.
