To all authors: Papers to be presented at the conference require at least one author to register at the non-student rate. This registration form and accompanying payment are due at the time of submitting your full paper prior to 15 October 2008.

Please remember to book your room at the Marriott Marquis. We have come to an agreed group conference fee. All attendees that have a room at the Marriott Marquis will have access to free internet. Internet access is not available in the conference session rooms.  Internet access is available on the same level as the conference, in the Atrium near the restaurant.  Look for SSID IBAHN.  

Hotel guests registered at the hotel under the IEEE Energy 2030 rate will have free access.  Other users will be required to pay $12.99 per 24 hour period.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for refunds prior to 3 November 2008 must be in writing. A service fee of 10% will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No refunds will be made after 3 November 2008. Substitutions are permitted.
