This suburban Boston Marriott Newton Hotel is located on 22 acres of scenic riverfront land along the Charles River. With a central location on I-90 and I-95 and proximity to Logan Airport, getting here and traveling around the Boston area is a breeze.

BANQUET
One ICCST Awards Banquet ticket for Wednesday evening is provided with each registration fee.  Additional banquet tickets are $TBD.00.   Local entertainment will be provided.

GOLF TOURNAMENT
The 46th ICCST Carnahan Cup Golf Tournament will be held at a local golf course, weather permitting. More information will be provided closer to the conference date. The tournament fee includes lunch, cart, practice range and prizes!

ATTENTION - AUTHOR INFORMATION:
Abstracts are to be submitted with topic number(s) and short author biography.
Registration fee MUST be paid with or prior to paper submittal; paper due 31 July 2012.

SUBMIT abstracts through the EasyChair.org website.

If you do not have an existing account, you can create a new account by clicking "Sign up for an account", otherwise, sign in with your existing login/password.  Complete the sign-up process by filling out your account information and clicking "create my account".  You will then return to the sign-in page and sign in with your user name and password.

Once, you are signed in, click the "Submissions" tab and then click on "add a submission" button on the upper right page.  Make sure your contact information is correct.  Further down you can add keywords to make your paper easily searchable.  Next, check the "Abstract Only" box and click "Submit" 

All FINAL papers must conform to IEEE PDF eXpress formatting.
