CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
All fees are in U.S. dollars. Fees include registration reception on Monday evening, three breakfasts, two lunches, all breaks, one banquet ticket and a digital copy of the conference proceedings. Printed copies of proceedings will be available for an additional fee of $75.00.

GOLF TOURNAMENT - Sandy Burr Country Club
The 46th ICCST Carnahan Cup Golf Tournament will be held at the Sandy Burr Country Club on Monday, 15 October, weather permitting. This local course is just a short distance from the conference venue. The tournament fee includes greens fee, golf cart and prizes! The tournament champion receives the Carnahan Cup!
