Manuscript Submission:

Complete manuscripts are to be submitted electronically via http://submissions.miracd.com/ISGT2010/Login.asp . The site will be available for paper submissions September 28, 2009 through October 30, 2009. Authors will be notified of decisions regarding their papers by November 30, 2009. For manuscript formatting and preparation instructions please refer to the IEEE Power & Energy Society Author’s Kit available at http://ieee-pes.org/meetings-and-conferences/calls-for-papers/pes-authors-kit. Authors must complete the IEEE electronic copyright form upon submission of the paper. Copyright is not transferred to IEEE unless the paper is accepted and published. Presentation of an accepted paper is a requirement of publication. Any paper that is not presented at the conference will not be included in IEEE Xplore.
