| P3K102-03. Piezoelectric and Elastic Properties of SNGS and STGS Single Crystals at Elevated Temperatures |
| High quality piezoelectric single crystals of Sr3NbGa3Si2O14 (SNGS) and Sr3TaGa3Si2O14 (STGS) have been successfully grown by the Czochralski technique. The piezoelectric stress constant e11 and dielectric permittivity ε11 as well as elastic constants C11E and C66E were determined at temperatures up to 930°C for both crystals. |
