Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

There will be a $25.00 USD service charge to process refunds for those who have pre-registered but who are unable, for whatever reason, to attend the conference, or those who would like to make changes to the registration resulting in a refund. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and to whom the refund check should be made payable. No refunds will be given for requests RECEIVED after Friday, September 30, 2011 (09:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time).
