  • Preferred mode of hotel-accommodation booking is online. If payment is done by DD, complete the online accommodation portal and send the DD along with the attached proforma duly filled-in to General Chair, IVEC-2011.
  • The Organizing Committee is planing to arrange pick-up & drop bus service from these hotels to the Conference venue.
  • Rush to book:This block booking is available for reservation only up to 25 January, 2011. After that the reservation will be subject to availability.
