Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to help make the IEEE-PES 2010 General Meeting a success.  Volunteers will receive the following:

No registration fee required during volunteer time.

Volunteer shirt to wear on site.

Lunch vouchers for those volunteers whose assignment covers the noon-time hour.

One free day of attendance for each day worked (e.g. if a volunteer works one day only, they can attend another day for free).

Volenteers can attend any tour or tutorial when off duty at the prevailing fee without having to pay the full meeting registration fee.

Working volunteers assigned to tours, etc. do not pay the tour fee and would be included in the lunch count if a meal is provided at that tour.

Volunteers will be required to do the following:

Volunteering time will be in half or full day increments.

Volunteers will be required to attend an orientation session on the Saturday (July, 24th) before the general meeting (further details will be provided to volunteers).

Volunteers must be from the local geographic area.  For full details and additional information please go to the link below.
