Tom is the Manager of Engineering Services for Vector Resources, Inc., a Torrance CA based network integration and services company, specializing in the design, installation and management of telecommunications and data communications systems.

Tom has technical Certifications from BICSI, Cisco and 3Com and is recognized in the design and support of VoIP telecommunications services, Wireless Ethernet Local Area Networks, and with copper and fiber optic cabling infrastructures. He also provides technical oversight management of projects during the planning, implementation, and cutover phases, supervising the creation of project documentation and verifies compliance with project requirements.
