The registration fees for the IEEE Sensors 2009 Conference are as follows:

Registration payment, in US Dollars only, is due upon submission of registration. The registration fee includes (1) Soft-Copy of the Technical Digest, Sunday Welcome Reception, Tuesday evening banquet, breaks, lunches, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than October 14, 2009, and will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after that date. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all substitutions.

Additional Purchases
Your conference registration includes (1) Electronic Conference Proceedings and a ticket to the Tuesday Evening Conference Banquet (unless daily registrant). If you wish to purchase additional Electronic Conference Proceedings and/or an additional banquet ticket, you may indicate this on your registration form. The prices for each are as follows:

How to Register
There are two ways to register for the IEEE Sensors 2009 Conference:

- Offline, please download the PDF Registration Form which can be downloaded at the top of the electronic registration page.
Registration Receipt
Your registration receipt will be emailed as an attachment to the email confirming your registration once your payment has been processed.

The 8th Annual IEEE International Conference on Sensors will be held at the Christchurch Convention Centre in downtown Christchurch.

Passports and Visa Information
All foreign visitors desiring to enter the New Zealand must have a valid passport. Follow this link for Visa Information. If, for some reason, your visa application is denied, your registration fees will be refunded to you in full.
