These non-commissioned rates are subject to a room tax, presently at 11.416% tax.

- Call the Hilton Waikoloa Village directly at 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667) or 1-808-886-1234 and identify yourself as an IEEE Sensors 2010 Conference attendee;
- Emailing info@HiltonWaikoloaVillage.com addressing the hotel room reservation department, again identifying that you are an attendee of IEEE Sensors 2010.
The cut-off date for the reduced group rate is Wednesday, September 28, 2010. Reservations made after the September 28, 2010 cut-off date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit plus applicable sales taxes is due at the time of booking. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Hilton Waikoloa Village directly.
Parking
Self-Parking is available to conference attendees for a rate of $15.00 per day and Valet Parking is available for $21.00 per day.
