Paper Submission Procedure

Prospective authors are invited to prepare papers of no more than eight (8) pages in IEEE double-column conference style, including results, figures and references, with a maximum file size of 4MB. Detailed instructions are provided below. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission is in valid format and that it will be readable and printable. Please double check your file before submitting it.
IEEE Double-Column Conference Style Formatting:
Prepare your paper in accordance with IEEE Double-Column Conference Style formatting guidelines.
- If you are a LaTeX user, download the LatexSample.zip file and use the document class file. The LatexSample zip file also contains a sample paper.

Submitting a Paper to the Review Process:
After you have prepared your paper using the guidelines provided above, use the appropriate link to register your submission and upload your paper for the review process. Please select the specific meeting within IEEE SSCI 2009 to which you like to submit your paper. Each meeting has a separate review process.
If you are submitting your paper to a special session of one of the IEEE SSCI 2009 meetings, please select the specific special session during the submission process.
