Company Opportunity at the
IEEE 2017 Student Hiring Event

How would you like to tap into IEEE’s top talent for your next potential hiring decision? The San Francisco Bay Area Council of the IEEE is providing just such an opportunity with their 2017 Student Hiring Event on May 20, 2017. As a potential employer, you will be assigned a table in one of the hallways outside the main auditorium where you can interact personally with the Bay Area’s top IEEE student members during the several breaks and networking sessions scheduled throughout the day. Additionally, the event will feature multiple formal sessions consisting of 5-10 minute oral presentations by the area’s leading employers (you!) describing your technical strengths, your hiring needs, and any other quality-of-life benefitsyou wish to fit into your allotted time. Your audience will be the Bay Area’s premier student candidates; the other employers will remain outside the auditorium at their assigned tables. The event is free for all student members of IEEE and all 10 of our local campus chapters will participate: UC Berkeley and Santa Cruz; CSU East Bay, Fresno, San Francisco, and San Jose; and Stanford, Santa Clara University, DeVry Fremont, and Northwestern Polytechnic.

The event is also free for potential employers, provided they have at least one IEEE member on staff. If not, a modest non-member fee of $400 will be charged. Register today at: Please note space is limited. Registration will close when all available tables have been reserved by corporate sponsors.
