    The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world's leading professional association for the advancement of technology. Members of the IEEE automatically become members of their local IEEE Section, allowing them to share technical, professional and personal interests with others in IEEE's worldwide member community. A chapter is the technical subunit of one or more IEEE sections.

The IEEE Berkshire Section is geographically located in Northeastern U.S. (Region 1) and is situated in Berkshire County, MA.
