Purpose
The TDC promotes reliability engineering principles and practices by sharing non-competitive knowledge in an open environment. Working with the Chapter's AdCom, the TDC plans, coordinates, and supports technology activities outside of the regular monthly meetings through lecture series, symposia, and technology development workshops. |
Lecture Series and Symposia
Lecture series and/or symposia are held at least once per year during the chapter's active meeting months of September through May. These events raise professional awareness and generate revenue for chapter activities throughout the year. |
Technology Development Workshops (TDWs)
TDWs are a means to hold informal meetings for members and guests interested in open technology discussions, or to host speakers on specific reliability topics. These meetings are scheduled throughout the year and generally include refreshments provided by the chapter or corporate host. |
Topics
Each of the events above should consider focused topics that complement professional development in various reliability disciplines. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

TDC Meetings
TDC meetings are held at the discretion of the TDC Chair and Vice-Chair. Quarterly or semi-annual meetings are planned, at a minimum. |
