In addition the Committee recommends an amendment to Article VI Section1.c of the Bylaws to avoid any confusion. “The Nominating Committee shall meet in June and shall nominate a complete slate of executive Committee Officers and the Elected Members specified in Article 1 for the New York Section, IEEE”
