From
Route 9A North - Make left turn on Dana Road (Westchester
Co. Depts.) opposite entrance to Home Depot. Go straight past #7
Dana Rd. sign and make left before black fence onto Sunshine
Cottage Road. Go past multi-level lighted parking garage, which is
on left side of road and make the 2nd right at large
blue building id sign. Follow road to right and look for building
"30 Plaza West", which is the School of Health Sciences &
Practice.
From
Route 9A South - Make right turn on Dana Road (Westchester
Co. Depts.) opposite entrance to Home Depot. Go straight past #7
Dana Rd. sign and make left before black fence onto Sunshine
Cottage Road. Go past multi-level lighted parking garage, which is
on left side of road and make the 2nd right at large
blue building id sign. Follow road to right and look for building
"30 Plaza West", which is the School of Health Sciences &
Practice.
On the map below enter the one-way driveway at building 8
on the map below (the School of Health Sciences and Practice
building, but officially building 30) and continue past it along the
one-way driveway to the red P
on the map.
The red P on the map above is
gravel parking lot 5, which
will be on the left.
If the gate is not up, push the intercom button, and answer that you
are here for the IEEE meeting. Security will open the
gate. Parking is free.
Ignore that the sign above says that a "visitor pass must be
displayed." Not in the evening.
Getting in the New York Medical College School of Health
Sciences and Practice building
Walk from the lot to the building to the right end of the red arrow
on the map above from parking lot 5
(red P on the map above) to the
School of Health Sciences and Practice, building 8
on the map but officially building 30.
See the main entrance on the south side of the building.
To the right of the door push the intercom button, and answer that
you are here for the IEEE meeting. Security will buzz you in
to the ground floor entrance lobby.
Rooms 2xx (204, 211, 212, etc.): Take the elevator up two
floors to floor 2, near the elevators.
Rooms 1xx (104, 111, 112, etc.): Take the elevator up one
floor to floor 1, near the elevators.
The Center for Interactive Learning: Door opens to the
entrance lobby, on the left.
Leaving after the seminar
Drive to the far end of parking lot 5
(red P on the map above)
continuing along the one-way driveway towards building 1 on
the map. The exit gate opens automatically.
