Free of charge to IEEE Student Members, the day begins with a continental 
breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.  This is followed by panel discussion with 
four engineers sharing views of four different fields in the power 
industry. The morning session is followed by an industry-sponsored and 
hosted luncheon, capped by the useful and witty comments of Dr. Gerald 
Karum, AT&T Labs, on the topic "Continuing Education:  Keeping Ahead of the 
Rats."   After lunch,  an interactive workshop will cultivate an 
understanding of the important choices that one faces as one's engineering 
career unfolds. The afternoon concludes with  a one-hour social.
