North Jersey Section Student Presentation Contest Abstract and Registration Form

You MUST fill out this form to enter the contest. It is required in order to provide basic information about participants and their presentations to the judges. Additionally this information will be used to contact participants in the event of any changes. If you experience any technical problems submitting this form, please contact the workshop organizer northjerseysac AT ieee DOT org.

NOTE: The local rules specify that speakers will be given a MAXIMUM of 15 minutes for their talk and a MAXIMUM of 5 minutes for questions from the audience. The contest organizers reserve the right to CHANGE these max times depending upon the number of presentation entries. Due to limited time available, strict adherence to these time limits will be required. Students should be able to scale their presentations back (for example, by reducing the number of slides or talk time) if the contest organizers require it.
