Presentation Contest Details

The contest at the Section level awards prizes of $100/$75/$50 to the three best presentations in BOTH of the graduate and undergraduate categories. If winners choose to move forward to the area and regional competitions, one paper from each participating school can be allowed to enter the next qualifying round to be held in mid April. From there, winners can advance to the national competition.

An abstract of 100-150 words is required on the topic to be presented. It MUST be submitted as early as possible and no later than a week before the contest. This abstract and information is required in order to qualify to participate in the contest and ensure that enough time is available for all presenters.
