The IEEE Fall 1998 Professional Skills Development Workshop
This notice is to announce the IEEE
Fall 1998 Professional Skills Development Workshop.
The focus of this mini-conference will be
professional activities and skills needed by new engineers. Most
graduating students do not have the necessary training to be
effective engineers in the modern and dynamic workplace of the 90's.
Attending this workshop is the single best way to learn those skills.
Being aware of what is expected of you, gives you an edge during
the next job interview, makes you more competitive for shrinking bonus
dollars, and helps jumpstart you into a healthy career with a solid
foundation.
- This workshop is FREE !!
- Open to ALL students of ALL majors from local schools.
- Being held on Saturday, November 7, 1998.
- At
Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ in the
Burchard Building main auditorium.
- Starts at 10AM and finishes at 4PM.
