Instructions for Authors

All papers are limited to four (4) pages
All papers are to be submitted electronically as PDF files in accordance with IEEE specifications. Please review the Author’s Example (.pdf file) for correct formatting of your paper.
All papers should be submitted electronically through EDAS at www.edas.info. For any questions regarding the submission process, contact the Program Chair Prof. Liang Cheng (cheng@cse.lehigh.edu). Papers that are not received by COB on 21 February 2005 will not be included in the digest
Please indicate your audiovisual requirements to your session chair for your presentation
Please contact your session chair if you have any questions regarding the paper or the presentation
Author’s must complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form with the paper. The Copyright Form can be found here.

IEEE Comsoc Policy: All Sarnoff Symposium technical presenters must register at the FULL rate. For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to three papers.
