• All papers are to be submitted electronically, using guidelines in Author’s Example
• All papers should be submitted electronically through EDAS at www.edas.info. For any questions regarding the submission process, contact Hank Owen (howen@sarnoff.com). Papers that are not received by COB on February 24, 2004 will not be included in the digest
• Please indicate your audiovisual requirements to your session chair for your presentation
• Please contact your session chair or Hank Owen if you have any questions regarding the paper or the presentation
• Author’s must complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form with the paper. The Copyright Form can be found at:
