COURSE ON MICROELECTRONICS SYSTEMS PACKAGING
18th June – 20th August 2005 @ IISc Bangalore

The course is intended to cover Packaging fundamentals of Electrical, Thermal, Thermo-Mechanical & Reliability. The ultimate goal is to be cognizant about the issues and become proficient in solving/ selecting proper packages. Accompanying brochure gives further details.
