The purpose of this two day Industry Institute Interaction Programme was to bring together people from Industries, technical institutes and research organizations to present and discuss leading research topics, developments and future directions in the areas of  'Condition Monitoring of Transformer / High Voltage Equipment'. The need for increased reliability and optimum economic performance of high-voltage power systems was highlighted in the discussions. This interaction programme schedule provided an opportunity for the participants to know the latest developments taking place in the field of Condition Monitoring of Transformer / High Voltage Equipment. There were 46 participants which included research scholars of NERIST and NIT Yupia, faculty members of NERIST and NIT, Yupia and officials from Power Grid, Nirjuli.
