On 20th, March, IEEE Chengdu Section 09/10 Session EXCOM Meeting was held on the campus of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.



The meeting gave a positive attitude to the last two years’ work, and verified the 2008 annual action and financial report prepared by the CDS secretariat. During this meeting, a list with names of new session executive committee members and chapter chairs was announced. This meeting standardized the verification method of meeting held by IEEE, and also made a new work plan for the coming session.



The meeting was chaired by Prof. Pingzhi Fan (Southwest Jiaotong University), Chair of IEEE Chengdu 09/10 Section and Prof. Houjun Wang (UESTC), Chair-elect of IEEE Chengdu 11/12 Section. Prof. Jianguo Ma (UESTC), Prof. Yong Fa (UESTC), Prof. Jun Hu (UESTC), Prof. Li Hao (SJU) and Prof. Kama Huang (Sichuan University) and other excom members were presented at this meeting.
