The 2010 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS2010), presenting every possibility on new Information Technology, will be held in Chengdu, China. The ISPACS 2010 will have many regular sessions on the topics listed below and some special sessions on emerging intelligent multimedia signal processing and communication system topics. The symposium will be organized into parallel oral and postersessions, which carry equal weight.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Papers must be written in English and all the submissions will be done electronically at the ISPACS 2010 website. Only electronic submissions will be accepted on the web or by e-mail (ISPACS2010@uestc.edu.cn), in case of having any problem accessing to the on-line submission program on the web.
The submitted papers should be in the form of .pdf or .ps file. Detailed submission and author instructions will be posted at the ISPACS 2010 website.
IMPORTANT DATES
Submission of special session/tutorial proposals: June 1, 2010 (Tue)
Submission of full-length papers: June 20, 2010 (Sun)
Notification of paper acceptance: September 1, 2010 (Wed)
Submission of camera ready papers: October 3, 2010 (Sun)
