We are pleased to announce that Riphah International University in collaboration with IEEE Islamabad Section is organizing "3rd International Conference on Emerging Technologies (ICET 2007)", on 12-13 November, 2007 in Islamabad- Pakistan.

The ICET 2007 is an international conference covering diverse fields of engineering.

  • Contributed papers
  • Invited sessions
  • Panel discussions
  • Industrial and students' project exhibitions


  • Conference papers will be classified as either contributed or invited and as either regular or short. When an individual paper is submitted for consideration, it is contributed. In contrast, invited papers are specifically solicited by the technical program committee. Regular papers are allotted 6 pages in the conference proceedings and are to be a complete description of finished work. Short papers are allotted 2 pages in the proceedings and are to be an exposition of a novel idea or preliminary results. For all papers, the review criteria include significance of the problem, novelty, clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
