Those interested in organizing IEEE Conferences within the jurisdictional area of IEEE Delhi Section, i.e., in the states of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and National Capital Territory of Delhi, Union Territory of Chandigarh may apply to IEEE Delhi Section <ieeedelhi@ieee.org> filling-up the details in the prescribed form as in vogue without deleting any part of it & signing at the end owning responsibility as Conference Organizer(s) for the information furnished and having noted the points contained therein for necessary action towards holding the Conference once approved. This follows the requirement specified by IEEE Meetings, Conferences, and Events (MCE) team as may be seen by clicking 


where right at the bottom of the first page, following is there.


Submit the IEEE Conference Application

Once you have obtained agreement from IEEE OU to provide technical cosponsorship, submit an IEEE Conference Application to register and request approval for your conference from IEEE. Your conference must be approved by IEEE before you can promote IEEE sponsorship or use the IEEE brand. After your conference is approved, your conference will be listed on the IEEE Conference Search and IEEE Call for Papers.

Timing: 18 12 months prior to conference date.


Hence upon obtaining consent of IEEE Delhi Section, as advised through the note in the above-mentioned form Conference Organizers(s) may take further action.
