Accommodation

Registration fee doesn't include accomodation. Some suitable arrangements for accommodation will be made on self-pay basis for candidates who request for the same.

Accommodation booking will be done on first come first serve basis provided a request has been made in the registration form.

  • Do mention you requirement for accommodation in the registration form
  • Accommodation for female (student) participants will be arranged as far as possible on campus Hall of Residence - Women on a twin sharing basis.
  • A negotiated terrif of Rs 300-500 may be arranged for male (student) participants on first come first serve basis within a distance of upto 4 Kms from the venue.
  • Hotel rooms may be arranged for faculty and other professionals within a distance of upto 15 Kms. from the venue.


Apart from above, candidates are free to make their own arrangements.
