The IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group of Kharagpur Section held their 2014 Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2015. The 2014 Activity Highlights and Financial Report were presented by the outgoing Chair, Ms. Rajlaxmi Chouhan. The benefits of joining IEEE and WIE were also presented. The new slate of office bearers for 2015 were announced by the Chair of the Nominations Committee, Ms. Rusha Patra. Official charge handover resolutions were signed by the outgoing and incoming Executive Committee members. The activity plan for the year 2015 was presented by the incoming 2015 Chair of WIE AG, Ms. Tanwi Mallick. Outgoing executive committee members were presented with certificates and tokens of appreciation, and the new members were welcomed.

About 50 participants, including graduate student members, and members from the Kharagpur Section attended the meeting.
