
IEEE TMC Madras Chapter
History
The Engineering Management Society (EMS) was formed in 1963 when the IEEE was created. In 2008, the EMS transitioned to become the Technology Management Council (TMC). As a council, TMC has 14 member societies but no individual members. IEEE EMS/TMC Madras Chapter was formed during 2006. Earlier, it was a combined IA/EMS Chapter.
