Welcome

Welcome to the IEEE South Australia (SA) Section website. IEEE is a world-wide professional, technical and standardisation organisation covering the broad field of electrical and electronic engineering. The SA Section represents all IEEE members within the state of South Australia, which normally is between 400 and 500 members.

The Section is overseen by an Executive and Section Committee, and comprises specialist Chapters with in the areas of: Communications and Signal Processing; Computing; Control, Aerospace and Electronic Systems; Information Theory; and Antennas and Propagation and Microwave Theory and Techniques. The Section also has three Affinity Groups - Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD), Women-in-Engineering (WIE), and Life Members Affinity Group (LMAG), as well as Student Branches at each of the three universities in South Australia.

Distinguished Lectures on Electromagnetic Compatibility

The IEEE SA Chapter on Antennas and Propagation and Microwave Theory and Techniques (AP/MTT) is pleased to announce the following two distinguished lectures, sponsored by the IEE EMC-S Distinguished Lecturer Program and the EMC Society of Australia.
