It’s quite likely you put looking after yourself after almost everything else in your life. This can eventually lead to burn-out as all of us need time to step back, relax, and get ready for the next adventure.
“Although I had no time… I knew I had to start making time for me. I chose the hobby that gave me the most bang for my buck. Salsa lets me exercise, socialise, learn a new skill and dance, which is one of my favourite things. It’s my one indulgence – other than chocolate!”
So what can you do to re-fill the well? For engineers, the arts seem to be a
good counter-balance to the technology and structure we deal with every day.
