The University of Dayton IEEE Chapter cordially invites
you to attend their upcoming IEEE Student Summit on Wednesday
October 26th from 6:45pm-8:00pm. This event is provided at
no charge to all attendees (IEEE student members, non-member
students, non-engineering students, professors, and industry
professionals)
Please RSVP by Monday October 24th to Tim Hartnett
if you are attending so he can ensure sufficient food and
refreshments are available. A flyer for the event and a map
of the University of Dayton campus are attached to this email.
Parking for the IEEE Student Summit at the University of
Dayton will be provided at no charge. This event will be held
in the ArtStreet complex, marked at building 10 on the attached
map. Attendees will need to stop at the parking information
booth denoted by the purple "i" in E-4 on the attached map
to get a temporary parking pass. Once you have your temporary
parking pass, please park in one of the four "P" lots located
just south of the parking information booth. ArtStreet is
a short three minute walk from the "P" lots via sidewalks.
Handicap and special guest parking will be made available
in the parking lot just west of building 29 on the map attached.
