Minutes of IEEE/LVS/SSCS/Executive Committee Planning Meeting

In Attendance:
Roger Minear, Paul Davis, Dale Nelson, Betty Nelson, Richard Booth and
Glen Offord

Treasurer's Report:
Dale reported that LVS/SSCS finances are being handled at the LV Section level.

Technical Talks:
Betty will be contacting Distinguished Lecturer Tom Lee.  Paul will contact
Pete Bronner for a student oriented lecture.  Betty is working on a
6Dec2017 three lecture tour.  Paul suggested he'd like to see 2 lectures
during the fall and winter as well as 2 lectures in the spring and summer.
It was suggested that the DL list be circulated to the appropriate professors
at Lehigh and Lafayette for feedback on what topics would be of most
interest/use to their students.
