Ron Ticker is a Project Formulation Manager at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD developing advanced space flight mission concepts. With over twenty years experience in aerospace technology planning, management, and transition, Mr.Ticker's technical areas of expertise include satellite systems, remote sensing, and telecommunications.
Mr. Ticker is a Senior Member of IEEE and serves on the Board of Governors of the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society. He holds an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, and B.S. degrees in physics and astronomy from the University of Maryland College Park.
