Students from each of our local student chapters
compete for prize money and the honor of representing the IEEE Hampton
Roads at SouthEastCon. The winners will move on to the SouthEastCon
student paper contest where we have had an excellent track record
in winning or placing. Click

Note: this is one week later than our normal meeting to give
the students more time to prepare their papers
Directions From Points West (Peninsula):
- Take I-64 East to Exit 267 (Hampton University)
- As you proceed off the ramp, go straight through the first set of lights.
- You'll be on Tyler Street.
- Continue down Tyler Street until you come to a guard station.
- The guard will point you in the direction of McGrew Towers and Conference Center.
From Points East (Southside):
- Take I-64 West to exit 267 Settlers Landing Road (Woodland Avenue)
- As you get off the ramp, make a left at the light.
- Come up Settlers Landing Road to Tyler Street and make a left.
- Follow Tyler Street through two lights to the guard station.
- The guard will direct you to McGrew Towers and Conference Center
