South Carolina Council Report - March 2006
This is to report on the current status of the SC Council; we have completed an officer transition phase and have updated the appropriate websites of our new status. We have also completed the necessary disclosure statements and Financial Operations Review forms to distribute to the necessary entities. All sections within the Council area are operating and holding regular meetings each month, but some sections are facing issues filling officer slots. The Council has held one e-conference this year, and of course will meet at SoutheastCon for the first face-to-face meeting; another e-conference will be scheduled for sometime this summer and another face-to-face meeting will be held in the fall.
