The Virginia Mountain Section concluded its Spring activities with its 2nd Annual Picnic at McKethan Park, Lexington in May.
No meetings were held during the summer months. Later this month, the section will open its Fall activities with a joint meeting with the Blue Ridge Section of the American Chemical Society. This joint meeting will feature a presentation by Congressman Bob Goodlatte.Future section meetings are planned for October and November; specific topics are yet to be finalized.
