Meeting places may vary but an effort is made to locate geographically convenient to a maximum number of members. Meeting times are usually scheduled at 7:00 PM, but with a social beginning at 6:30 PM. Meetings usually end by 9:00 PM.

The Executive Committee meets as required, on dates and times determined by the Chairman. Such meetings are usually held just prior to regular meetings (4:00 to 5:00 PM), at the same location.

Chapter meetings are scheduled by each Chapter Chairman.

Special meetings of members, Executive Committee, or Chapters may be called by the appropriate Chairman. See the Meetings Article in the Bylaws for details.

Meeting notices are published in the Newsletter, usually two weeks ahead of time.
