Fox Valley Subsection Mailing List

The Fox Valley Subsection does not maintain its own private e-mail list. IEEE policy encourages us to use their official e-mailing list of members. Members who have submitted an e-mail address to IEEE (when paying dues, for example) and have authorized IEEE to send them society/sectional e-mail will automatically be notified of Fox Valley meetings and other IEEE sponsored activities in the area.

Unsubscribe from Chicago Section and Fox Valley Email Notifications

A link to unsubscribe is provided at the end of all email notifications from the IEEE Chicago Section. You will need to include your IEEE member number. Do not use this link to attempt to change your email address.

Change Your Email Address For All IEEE Purposes

If you have an IEEE Account (IEEE Web Account), go to
https://www.ieee.org/go/my_account
to change your email address in your IEEE profile. Login with your user id and password. If you don't have an IEEE account you can create one - you will need your membership number. To create your IEEE Web Account go to https://www.ieee.org/ and select "Update/Create Web Account".

After logging in at https://www.ieee.org/go/my_account you will be at the "IEEE Shop" page. Select the "My Account" tab if it is not already selected. Under "What Do You Want to Do?" you will see the link "Change Email Address" to enter your new email address. You may find other changes you wish to make under "My Information" on the "My Account" tab. To change your postal mailing address use the "Address Profile" link. To change your preferred contact method from email to postal mail use the "My Communications Preferences" link.
