IEEE National Bylaws
As an independent section of IEEE we are subject to the full constitution and bylaws of IEEE national. In addition, our section has its own bylaws which have been in place since year 2000. Whenever a conflict occurs between the national bylaws and the section bylaws, we must follow nationals rules.
