Eligible professionals may join IEEE as full members. You don't need to be a manager to join. Others may join as associate members. Professionals that want to only join the
Technology Management Council
may join as affiliate members (but understand that you don't get the benefits of being an IEEE member). Eligible undergraduate students may join as student members. Graduate students join as graduate student members. See

As a member of IEEE, you are eligible for especially negotiated rates on personal insurance, insurance for your business, credit cards and
financial services, as well as on products and services for your home and office through the Financial Advantage Program. Availability of
programs varies by Region and State. Active IEEE membership is a requirement for participation.
